To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and the Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time without notice, and we are not obliged to update any Content. We may amend these Terms by posting the amended Terms on the Site with a new “Last updated” date. Amendments apply from the date they are posted, and your continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. We may restrict or terminate your access to the Site if you breach these Terms.
